Situated 50 minute drive from Sofia and just a few kilometers from the town of Samokov our house provides the perfect getaway and still within easy reach of local amenities and surrounding activites.
Borovets ski resort is 12km from Samokov and the Beli Iskar lake is only a 10 or min drive away.
The house has 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. The master bedroom includes a double bed and has a balcony looking out to the mountains on a clear day.
Downstairs shares a wide open plan living and kitchen area. 2 sofa beds and a dining table seating 6 looking out through the full length front window.
